Your purchase delivery is free of charge, WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA. NB All international delivery fees are for the customer’s account.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but at a minimal fee of R99 we’re happy to help you return and or exchange your order. Just email us directly at customercare@basicsupply.co.za and we’ll take you through the simple returns / exchange process. Regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on international orders. This is due to the customs charges levied upon us to re-import the goods to South Africa.
